Tour Description

8 Days / 7 Nights

Day 1 : Arrival Cairo 

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, your Valley the Kings representative will meet and assist you to transfer you to your hotel by A/C Vehicle. When you arrive, he will check you into the hotel and confirm pick-up times with you for your tours.

Overnight in Cairo

Day 2 : Pyramids & Sphinx & Egyptian Museum 

Once you have enjoyed your breakfast, your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to accompany you for a visit to the Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. These remarkable pyramids will take your breath away as you take in their sheer scale. After this, see the great Sphinx, which has the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body and stands on the Giza Plateau. Also, visit the Valley Temple belonging to the pyramids of Chephren. We then break for lunch. After enjoying your lunch, we journey on to visit the famous Egyptian Museum, which is home to many artifacts from the Pharaonic period and offers a great opportunity to view the fantastic Tutankhamun collection of treasures. Continue on to Salah El Din Citadel, a medieval Islamic fort, and view Mohamed Ali Mosque, the most notable mosque in Cairo with its twin minarets. Journey onward to Old Cairo to visit The Hanging Church, known for its staircase leading up to it. It's time now to enjoy walking through the colorful Khan El Khalili Bazaar for some serious shopping. When you are all shopped out, you will be driven to the Giza Railway Station to board your Sleeper Train to Aswan.

Day 3 : Aswan Sightseeing 

When you arrive at Aswan Railway Station, our guide will meet you to take you on a visit to the High Dam, an engineering miracle protecting Egypt from annual floods from the Nile. You will then journey on to visit the Unfinished Obelisk, believed to belong to Queen Hatshepsut of the 18th Dynasty. After that, visit the striking Philae Temple, built in honor of the Goddess Isis.

Day 4 : Abu Simbel Tour 

At about 4:30 AM, after collecting your breakfast box, your tour guide will meet you at your hotel to transfer you for a tour to Abu Simbel. The two magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel are masterpieces of ancient Egypt. Hidden behind the chambers, statues and hieroglyphics adorn every wall. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramesses II. The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also called the Temple of Hathor, symbolically uniting Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God. Transfer back to your hotel in Aswan.

Day 5 : Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples

In the morning, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan to enjoy a day tour to the beautiful Temple of Kom Ombo, which overlooks the Nile. This temple has a double entrance and is shared by two gods, Sobek and Horus. Then, continue to Edfu by road to visit this wonderful temple, which houses important scenes and inscriptions of the sacred drama. After your visit, journey on to Luxor.

Day 6 : Luxor Sightseeing

Your Egyptologist guide will pick you up after breakfast from your hotel in Luxor and accompany you on your visit to the West Bank, where you can see the famous Valley of the Kings, where many kings, including the famous Tutankhamun, are buried. Then proceed to visit the majestic Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the only pharaonic woman who reigned in ancient Egypt. After this, we will carry on to the Colossi of Memnon for photo opportunities. We now journey to the East Bank in Luxor and stop for lunch. After your lunch, we will proceed to visit Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. End your tour by visiting the beautiful Temple of Luxor, built by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. Transfer to Luxor Railway Station to board your train to Cairo.

Day 7 : Optional Day

Upon your arrival at Giza Railway Station, you will be met by your representative, who will transfer you to your hotel in Cairo. Today is an optional day, and our representative can discuss the many tours available, such as the Alexandria Day Tour, Sakkara, and Dahshur.

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.


Children Policy

  • Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
  • Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
  • Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.


Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
  • 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.


Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
