Tour Description

You will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada and taken to the quad bike station for a test drive. After this, you will drive 35 km to the Bedouin village for a tour to learn about their life and traditions. Enjoy a camel ride and view the amazing sunset while indulging in a BBQ dinner, which includes mineral water and soft drinks. Experience an oriental show with folkloric songs and gaze at the stars by night while driving back from the Bedouin village to your hotel in Hurghada. The tour starts between 13:00 and 15:00, subject to change according to the supplier's schedule and timings. (Quadbike for every person).

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
