1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Valley The Kings website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Valley The Kings reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Booking and Reservations
Valid Bookings
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- Valid passport information is required for international travelers
- A confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the booking
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due 30 days before your tour departure date
- We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment methods
- Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to change until full payment is received
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Guest:
- More than 45 days before tour: 70% refund (30% deposit retained)
- 30-45 days before tour: 50% refund
- 15-30 days before tour: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund, payment forfeited
Cancellation by Valley The Kings:
- If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer alternative dates or full refund
- In case of force majeure events, we are not liable for compensation beyond refund
4. Minimum and Maximum Group Sizes
- Minimum group size: 2 persons per booking
- Private tours can accommodate up to 8 persons in standard vehicles
- Larger groups are accommodated with advance notice and additional vehicles
- Solo travelers may be combined with other bookings
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance including:
- Trip cancellation coverage
- Medical and emergency evacuation coverage
- Trip delay and baggage coverage
Valley The Kings is not responsible for any losses not covered by travel insurance.
6. Visa and Documentation
- Guests are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documents
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date
- Valley The Kings can provide visa guidance but accepts no responsibility for visa denials
- We recommend registering with your embassy before travel
7. Health and Safety
Fitness Requirements:
- Tours involve varying levels of physical activity
- Guests with medical conditions must disclose them at booking
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a guest's health may be at risk
COVID-19 and Health Protocols:
- Guests must comply with Egypt's health entry requirements
- Vaccination status may be required based on current regulations
- We follow WHO and Egyptian Ministry of Health guidelines
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Valley The Kings acts as a travel organizer only. We are not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or death during tours
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Actions or negligence of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.)
- Natural disasters, political events, or force majeure circumstances
- Flight delays, cancellations, or airline changes
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or local authorities
9. Itinerary Changes
- Valley The Kings reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Alternative activities of similar quality will be offered
- Changes will be communicated as soon as possible
- Time estimates for tours are approximate and may vary
10. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Respect Egyptian laws and local customs
- Follow guide instructions for safety
- Treat staff, guides, and fellow guests with respect
- Not engage in illegal activities or substance abuse
- Not bring hazardous materials on tours
Valley The Kings reserves the right to terminate service without refund for inappropriate conduct.
11. Photography and Media
- Guests may take personal photographs for private use
- Commercial photography requires prior written permission
- Respect sacred sites and obtain permission before photographing locals
- Some sites prohibit photography - guides will inform you
12. Special Requests
- Special dietary requirements must be requested at booking
- Accommodation modifications depend on availability
- Late arrival arrangements must be confirmed 48 hours in advance
- We will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee all requests
13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Guests who dispute charges or initiate chargebacks without resolving the issue directly with Valley The Kings first will be blacklisted from future bookings. All disputes must be addressed through direct communication with our customer service team.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valley The Kings' total liability for any claim arising from tour services shall not exceed the amount paid for the tour. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
15. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website (text, images, videos) is protected by copyright
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited
- Guest reviews may be used by Valley The Kings for promotional purposes
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, with jurisdiction in Egyptian courts if necessary.
