Tour Description

Our Valley the Kings representative will pick you up by A/C vehicle from your hotel in Cairo to transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your domestic flight to Luxor. Upon arrival at Luxor International Airport, our guide will be waiting to meet and assist you as you embark on your tour of the West Bank, where you will visit the amazing Valley of the Kings and explore the great necropolis of the pharaohs. Next, continue your visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the first queen in history to send a diplomatic expedition to the land of Punt. After this, you will pass by the two Colossi of Memnon, known for the myth that a sad voice emanated from them after the famous war of Troy, a sound that was due to air friction within the statues.

After completing the tours on the West Bank, you will be transferred back to the East Bank to enjoy lunch at a local quality restaurant. After your meal, visit Karnak Temples, the largest religious structure in the world, covering an area of about 60 acres. Karnak Temples are a historical narrative, detailing Egypt’s history from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic period, dedicated to the god Amon-Re, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu. Conclude your tour with a visit to the magnificent Temple of Luxor, dedicated to Amon-Re, which provides insights into the growth and expansion of Egyptian temples, possibly built on earlier temple sites. The temple was initiated by King Amenhotep III of the 18th dynasty and continued by King Ramses II of the 19th dynasty.

Upon finishing your tour, you will be transferred to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo International Airport, where our representative will be waiting to meet and assist you before transferring you back to your hotel.

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
