Tour Description

Your Tour Guide from Valley the Kings will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo to escort you on a journey to El Fayoum sites. The visits are all in Wadi El Rayan. Our first stop will be Wadi Hitan, a protected area known as Whale Valley, where you will find fossil remains of extinct whales. We will take the opportunity to visit Mudawara Mountain as we journey on to Wadi El Rayan Waterfalls. Here, in this protected area, you will enjoy the fantastic waterfalls connected by two lakes. After enjoying the beautiful waterfalls, we will continue to Medinet Madi, the main temple dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek and the Serpent Goddess Renenutet, built by Amenemhet III and completed by Amenemhet IV. After this interesting tour, take a break for some lunch and refreshments before transferring back to Cairo.

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
