Tour Description

Our Valley the Kings private qualified Guide will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor by A/C vehicle at 7:00 AM to accompany you for a tour to Edfu. Once you arrive in Edfu, you will be transferred to visit this majestic temple dedicated to Horus, the God of the Sky and Kingship. According to Egyptian mythology, it was the place where the falcon-headed god Horus avenged the murder of his father Osiris by killing Seth. After your visit, we will break for lunch and then journey to Kom Ombo, which is about a 45-minute drive. Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, you will see the beautiful Temple of Kom Ombo, which stands on high ground, offering fantastic views of the River Nile. This temple is unique, featuring a double entrance dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed God, and Sobek, the crocodile-headed God of the Nile, fertility, and military. After your visit, at approximately 4:00 PM, enjoy a relaxing and comfortable drive back to your Hotel in Luxor.

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
