Continue on to view Mohamed Ali Mosque, the most noticeable mosque in Cairo with its twin minarets. Journey onward to Old Cairo to visit The Hanging Church, known as the Staircase Church due to its steps leading up. You can also see the Abu Sirga Church, reportedly built on the place where the Holy Family rested, featuring scenes of the life of Christ and the Virgin Mary adorning the walls. Next, proceed to the fabulous Egyptian Museum, which houses artifacts from the Pharaonic period. Here, you will be able to view the wonderful Tutankhamun collection of treasures. Finally, enjoy the hustle and bustle of the colorful Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
