Tour to Siwa, Bahariya & White Desert

Today your personal guide will pick you up from your hotel by A/C vehicle to accompany you on a journey to visit Alamein, which is approximately a 3-hour drive. Our first visit will be to the Military Museum, which houses many of the weapons, tanks, and uniforms used in World War II. Proceed on to visit the World War II cemeteries. We now leave Alamein to visit Marsa Matrouh Bay, located on the beautiful Mediterranean coast, and then proceed onto Siwa. The drive from Alamein to Siwa takes approximately 6 hours. Overnight in Siwa.

This morning after breakfast, we will take a trip to the Old City of Siwa. Here, we will visit the Alexander Temple, which was dedicated to the god Amon. Alexander visited the Oracle of Amon to confirm that he was the son of Zeus, which the Greeks associated with the Egyptian Amon. Now we journey to Cleopatra Spring Ain al Hammam, known in ancient times as the spring of the sun. We now proceed to visit the Siwa House Museum. Overnight in Siwa.

Today after breakfast, we journey to the Siwa Desert. The first stop will be Maraki Village. Let us now cross the desert and stop near one of the archaeological sites at Great Siwa Mountain. Here you can see the first human footprint above the mountain, which dates to the prehistoric era. Our safari continues on between the dunes, where we will arrive at the fossils area, where you can view the rocky coral reefs. We now drive onto Shiata Lake, where you have the great chance of watching the beautiful flamingo birds. You can also take a swim at the cold spring and relish the bath and relaxing atmosphere. After enjoying your swim and relaxing bath, we can experience sand surfing in the desert. Now enjoy driving to Bir Wahid, which is a hot spring where you can relax your muscles. This morning after breakfast, we will be visiting Gabal al Mawta, where you can view the tombs inside the Mountain of the Dead, which includes the Crocodile Tomb and Si Amun tomb, featuring a painted and decorated wooden beam depicting the Sky Goddess Nut. Continue on to visit Dakrour Mountain. Now proceed to Abu Sherouf, one of the Siwan villages. Here you can enjoy seeing the lifestyle of the Bedouin, as well as enjoy the Roman Spring Eye. Transfer back to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Siwa. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After check-out and breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred by 4x4 to Bahariya Oasis, which takes approximately 6 hours. You will also enjoy lunch during your trip. Dinner and overnight in Bahariya. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Once you have enjoyed your breakfast, we will take a 4x4 to climb the Black Mountain. You will visit the English House, which was a lookout post in World War II. You can also enjoy seeing the Salt Lake and Sand Dunes. We now continue on to visit the Museum of the Golden Mummies, the Temple of Ain El Muftella, and the Tombs of the Nobles. Proceed to the White Desert, which is approximately a 2-hour journey. Overnight camping in the White Desert. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After a restful night in the White Desert, we will take a drive to visit the beautiful quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain, including the rock formations in the Valley of Agabat. We will then journey on to the Valley of El Haize in the Black Desert and view the hot spring. Transfer in a 4x4 to Bahariya Oasis, then from Bahariya to Cairo.
