Our Valley the Kings Egyptologist guide will pick you up from your hotel/Nile cruise to accompany you for your tour to Hathor Temple in Dendera. It was one of the principal cult centers of the goddess Hathor, the goddess of maternity, joy, music, and love. The Greeks identified goddess Hathor as Aphrodite. The temple is one of the latest discovered and features Egyptian gods and Roman emperors alongside in its decorations, as the temple was established during Roman times and dedicated to the wife of god Horus. You can also view the beautiful ceiling which depicts the Dendera Zodiac, including the signs of Libra the Balance and Taurus the Bull. After you have enjoyed this interesting visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel/Nile cruise in Luxor.

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
