Upon your arrival in Port Said, our guide will be ready to escort you on a captivating 2-day tour of Cairo and Sakkara. 

On the first day, explore the Great Pyramids of Giza, an enduring marvel that continues to baffle historians. Next, marvel at the Sphinx, a symbol of strength and wisdom. Then, head to Sakkara to admire the Step Pyramid of Djoser. After a day of exploration, enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in Cairo.

On the second day, visit the historic Salah El Din Citadel and the stunning Mohamed Ali Mosque. This will be followed by a trip to the impressive Egyptian Museum. To wrap up your journey, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Khan-El-Khalili Bazaar. Finally, you'll be driven back to your cruise in Port Said, concluding your brilliant 2-day adventure.

Tour Description

Day 1: Giza Pyramids & Sakkara

Once your cruise docks in Port Said, your representative will be waiting to assist you for the journey to Cairo. This approximately three-hour drive will be accompanied by a police convoy for your safety.

Upon arrival, your tour begins at the Great Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. The construction of these ancient wonders remains a mystery to this day. Next, you’ll visit the magnificent Sphinx, a symbol of strength and wisdom, with its paws measuring an impressive 15 meters. You'll also explore the Valley Temple associated with the Pyramid of Chephren.

Continuing on, you will head to Sakkara to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser, designed by the architect Imhotep. You’ll have the chance to visit one of the three burial chambers as well. After a fulfilling day, you’ll transfer back to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.


Day 2: Egyptian Museum, Salah El Din Citadel, & Khan-El-Khalili

After breakfast and checking out from your hotel, your guide will pick you up for a visit to the historic Salah El Din Citadel, a medieval Islamic fortress. From there, you’ll proceed to the stunning Mohamed Ali Mosque, known for its twin minarets and built in memory of the ruler's oldest son.

Next, explore the famous Egyptian Museum, which boasts a vast collection of artifacts from the Pharaonic era, including the remarkable treasures of Tutankhamun.

Finally, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can enjoy shopping and local culture. After your exciting adventures, you’ll be transferred back to your cruise in Port Said.

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.


Children Policy

  • Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
  • Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
  • Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.


Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
  • 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.


Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
