Tour Description

7 Days / 6 Nights Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Cairo

Welcome to Cairo! Your tour manager will meet and assist you at Cairo International Airport (arrival procedures) and then escort you to the hotel by air-conditioned deluxe vehicle. At the hotel, the tour manager will assist with a smooth check-in and review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Pyramids / Sakkara / Aswan

Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo. You will then meet your personal guide who will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, as well as the famous Sphinx and Valley Temple facing the great statue. An additional visit to the Solar Boat in front of Cheops Pyramid (extra ticket on spot). Lunch is included during the tour, followed by a visit to the Sakkara area to explore the Sakkara Complex and the first pyramid ever built (Djoser Pyramid). Move to Memphis, the old kingdom's capital and famous necropolis. Later, you will be transferred to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.

Day 3: Aswan Sightseeing

You will be met at Aswan railway station and transferred to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a sightseeing tour of the High Dam, the Philae Temple, and the Botanical Garden. Sail around Elephantine Island by Felucca.

Overnight in Aswan.

Day 4: Nubian Wedding

After breakfast, transfer by felucca to the Nubian village to discover the simplicity of Nubian people. The bride and groom will be met by the coordinator to arrange everything for a fascinating Nubian celebration. Before sunset, upon arrival, the bride and groom will join the welcome Nubian Zaffa (procession resembling a Nubian wedding party) and enjoy Nubian music. Return to the hotel.

Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5: Back to Cairo

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Aswan and enjoy a free day at your hotel. In the evening, you will be transferred to Aswan railway station for departure to Cairo. Dinner and overnight on the sleeping train.

Day 6: Cairo Tour / Dinner Cruise

Breakfast on the train. Upon arrival, you will be escorted by your private guide to visit Salah El Din Citadel, a medieval Islamic fort. Continue to view Mohamed Ali Mosque, the most notable mosque in Cairo with its twin minarets, built in memory of his oldest son. Now proceed to the fabulous Egyptian Museum, which houses artifacts from the Pharaonic period, including the wonderful Tutankhamun collection of treasure. An additional visit to the mummies room at the museum (extra ticket on spot). Lunch will be served at a good quality local restaurant. After lunch, continue driving to Islamic Cairo to explore Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s old bazaar. In the evening, enjoy a dinner cruise on the River Nile with belly dancing, western music, and a folklore show. Return to the hotel.

Overnight in Cairo.

Day 7: Final Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for departure.

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.


Children Policy

  • Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
  • Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
  • Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.


Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
  • 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.


Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
