Day 1 – Monday: Luxor

Meet and assist at Luxor Airport, Hotel, or Railway Station to be transferred to your Nile Cruise. 12:00 noon Check-in. 12:30 p.m. Lunch on board. 14:30 p.m. Visit to the Karnak & Luxor Temples. 20:30 p.m. Dinner on board.

Overnight in Luxor.

Day 2 – Tuesday: Luxor

06:00 a.m. Breakfast on board. 07:00 a.m. Visit to the Valley of the Kings and Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. 13:00 p.m. Sailing to Edfu via Esna Lock. 13:00 p.m. Lunch on board. 16:00 p.m. Afternoon tea. 19:30 p.m. Welcome Drinks. 20:00 p.m. Dinner on board.

Overnight in Edfu.

Day 3 – Wednesday: Aswan

07:00 a.m. Breakfast on board. 08:00 a.m. Visit to Horus Temple in Edfu. 13:00 p.m. Lunch on board. 16:00 p.m. Afternoon tea while sailing to Kom Ombo. 17:00 p.m. Visit to the Temple shared by the two gods Sobek & Horus in Kom Ombo. 18:30 p.m. Sailing to Aswan. 20:00 p.m. Dinner on board. 21:30 p.m. Oriental Show and Gallabia Party.

Day 4 – Thursday: Aswan

Day 5 – Friday: Aswan

07:00 a.m. Breakfast on board. 08:00 a.m. Disembark after breakfast and be transferred to Aswan Airport or Railway Station.

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
