Day Trip to the Pyramids & the Nile

Tour Description

Upon your cruise arrival at Alexandria Port, your tour manager from Valley the Kings Travel will greet you at the cruise exit door, holding a sign with your name. You’ll then be escorted to Cairo in an air-conditioned vehicle for approximately a 3-hour drive.

Begin your adventure with a visit to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Next, explore the Great Sphinx, a magnificent statue with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, dating back to the time of Chephren. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple associated with the Pyramids of Chephren.

Afterward, enjoy a relaxing 2-hour lunch cruise on the Nile, starting at 3:30 PM and concluding at 5:30 PM. This experience includes an hour of sailing, a sumptuous buffet lunch, and entertainment featuring folkloric shows and oriental music as you glide past Cairo's waterfront landmarks.

Before returning to Alexandria, you'll stop at a Papyrus Institute, where you can shop for souvenirs from Cairo and Egypt.

Note: Please be aware that you will not return to the port before 9:00 PM on the same day, so make sure to check your cruise schedule before booking this tour.

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
