Tour Description

Our travel representative will pick you up by A/C vehicle from your hotel in Marsa Alam to accompany you on your visit to the West Bank, where you can see the Valley of the Kings, the great and majestic necropolis of the millions of years of the pharaohs, and explore the fascinating beliefs of the ancient Egyptians about the afterlife, where 63 royal and unroyal tombs were discovered. Then, continue your visit to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the first queen in history to send a diplomatic expedition to the land of Punt (Somalia). Hatshepsut is one of the few women who played an important role in ancient Egyptian history; she ruled Egypt for about 21 years, leaving behind many monuments.

After this, you will pass by the Colossi of Memnon, where ancient locals reported hearing a sad voice coming from the statues after the famous war of Troy. This sound was a result of air friction through tiny holes in the statues, and once restored, the sound disappeared.

After finishing the tours on the West Bank, you will be transferred back to the East Bank to enjoy lunch in a local quality restaurant. After lunch, you will visit Karnak Temples, the largest religious structure the world has ever known, covering about 60 acres. Karnak Temples are considered a history book detailing the history of Egypt from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic period, dedicated to the god Amon-Re, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu. After this amazing tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Marsa Alam in safety and comfort.
