Tour Description

Valley the Kings representative will pick you up from Alexandria Port upon your cruise ship's arrival, waiting at the exit door with a sign featuring your name. Enjoy a private shore excursion from Alexandria to Cairo, approximately a 3-hour journey in an air-conditioned vehicle, with one rest stop along the way if needed.

Get ready to take in the stunning panoramic views of the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Next, visit the Great Sphinx, a monumental statue with the head of a pharaoh and the body of a lion, dating back to the era of Chephren. Your tour will also include a visit to the Valley Temple associated with the Pyramids of Chephren.

Lunch will be served at a quality local restaurant. Afterward, continue to the Egyptian Museum, home to a remarkable collection of artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The museum showcases over 5,000 years of art, considered the largest and most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. You’ll find over 250,000 genuine artifacts on display, including a special exhibit dedicated to the treasures of Tutankhamun—gold and jewelry that remained untouched in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.

If time permits, enjoy a visit to Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s historic bazaar. Finally, your guide will escort you back to your cruise ship at Alexandria Port.

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
