Tour Description

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet you before emigration and passport control, holding a sign with your name. He will assist you with obtaining your visa and entry stamp, collect your luggage, and escort you to the hotel in a private bus. During the drive, he will review the detailed itinerary. Check-in and overnight in Cairo.

 

Day 2: Pyramids – Memphis – Saqqara

Breakfast at the hotel. We will start by visiting the necropolis of Saqqara and the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first building with a pyramidal formation. Then, we'll visit Memphis, the oldest capital of Egypt, which is now an open-air museum. Lunch will be served at a quality authentic restaurant (vegetarian options available upon request). Afterward, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World (optional camel ride or pyramid entry available for extra fees), followed by the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

 

Day 3: Egyptian Museum – Alabaster Mosque – Coptic Cairo – Khan El Khalili

Breakfast at the hotel. We will start our day by visiting the Alabaster Mosque built by Mohamed Ali inside Saladin Citadel. Next, we’ll explore the Coptic part of Cairo, including the Hanging Church, the Church of St. Sergius, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and Amr Ibn Al-As Mosque. Lunch will be served at a floating restaurant overlooking the Nile River. After that, we’ll visit the Egyptian Museum, which narrates the pharaonic history from King Menes to the last dynasty. Finally, we’ll enjoy a walking tour of Khan El Khalili, the oldest market in the Islamic part of the city. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

 

Day 4: Aswan Highlights

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your luxury Nile cruise. After lunch on board, visit Philae Temple on Agilika Island, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Next, see the Unfinished Obelisk and visit the High Dam of Aswan. Enjoy a one-hour sail around Elephantine and Kitchener Islands on a traditional Felucca to enjoy the sunset. Dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

 

Day 5: Abu Simbel – Kom Ombo Temple

Early morning drive to Abu Simbel (approx. 3.5 hours). Visit the two temples dedicated to Ramses II and his wife Nefertari. Return to Aswan for lunch on board. Then, sail to Kom Ombo and visit the temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Back to the cruise for dinner and overnight in Edfu.

 

Day 6: Edfu Temple – Karnak Temple – Luxor Temple

Breakfast on board. Visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, then return to the cruise and sail to Luxor. Enjoy lunch on board while sailing. Upon arrival, visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor temples located on the East Bank of the Nile River. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight in Luxor.

 

Day 7: West Bank – Fly to Cairo

Breakfast on board, then disembark from the cruise. Visit the Valley of the Kings, where we’ll see three royal tombs (excluding Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses V & VI). Next, visit the funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo and check in at your hotel for an overnight stay.

 

Day 8: Cairo / White Desert

Early morning drive to Bahariya Oasis (360 km). Upon arrival, have lunch, then take a 4x4 vehicle to Elhaiz Bedouin village for swimming in natural springs. Visit the crystal mountain and enjoy the panoramic views of Aqabat Valley. Explore the new White Desert and admire the unique limestone formations. Enjoy a barbecue dinner and camp under the stars in tents.

 

Day 9: White Desert / Cairo

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise in the desert. After breakfast, visit the Black Desert and climb a mountain. Swim in a hot natural spring before returning to Cairo. Arrive at your hotel for an overnight stay.

 

Day 10: Final Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, we will escort you to Cairo International Airport for your international flight home.
