Tour Description

Day 1: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, and Sakkara

Your guide will pick you up from Alexandria Port for a scenic 3-hour drive to Cairo. Begin your journey at the awe-inspiring Giza Pyramids, where you’ll explore the monumental structures of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Next, visit the majestic Sphinx, a striking sculpture of a pharaoh with a lion's body, dating back to the time of Chephren. You’ll also have the opportunity to see the Valley Temple associated with Chephren's Pyramid. Afterward, continue to Sakkara, home to the famous Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest large stone structure in the world. After your visit, enjoy a comfortable drive back to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2: Islamic Cairo, Egyptian Museum, and Khan El Khalili

After breakfast and check-out, your guide will meet you at your hotel. Start your day with a visit to Salah El Din Citadel, a stunning medieval Islamic fortress. Next, head to the impressive Mohamed Ali Mosque, known for its twin minarets and built in memory of the ruler's eldest son. Then, explore the fabulous Egyptian Museum, where you’ll find artifacts from the Pharaonic period, including the remarkable treasures of Tutankhamun. Conclude your tour by immersing yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can shop for unique souvenirs. Finally, you'll be transferred back to your cruise at Alexandria Port.

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
