Itinerary

Day 1: Hurghada – Cairo – Great Pyramids – Egyptian Museum

Your representative will pick you up early morning from your centrally located Hurghada Hotel for the short drive to Hurghada International Airport. After your flight, your guide will meet you at Cairo International Airport to begin your private tour of the city. You will first journey to Giza, a desert plateau home to the Sphinx and the three Giza Pyramids: Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. View the Sphinx, a mysterious human-headed lion statue that guards the Pyramids, while your guide explains its significance and secrets. Walk up to the pyramids to marvel at these massive pharaonic tombs built around 2550 BC for safe passage to the afterlife. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Cairo's spectacular Egyptian Museum, which hosts over 250,000 ancient artifacts, including the treasures of Tutankhamun’s tomb. After this, take your private A/C vehicle back to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, your representative will be there to meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2: Luxor - Valley of the Kings / Temple of Hatshepsut / Karnak Temple / Hurghada

After breakfast, check out and meet your private guide for your Luxor tour. First, drive to the Valley of the Kings, where tombs of pharaohs from the 18th to the 20th dynasty, including Ramses II, are located. Visit three burial complexes independently to admire their richly decorated interiors. If time allows and you wish to visit the tomb of Tutankhamun, a separate ticket is required at an additional cost. Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a stunning temple dedicated to Egypt’s great queen. After stopping at the Colossi of Memnon, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Then, explore the vast Karnak Temple complex, built and expanded between 2055 BC and 100 BC, dedicated to the Theban gods of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Follow the Avenue of the Sphinxes, gaze at the Great Court and Great Hypostyle Hall, and see the Sacred Lake. While in Luxor, consider a short ride on a Felucca on the Nile to soak in the scenery. After your visit, relax on the drive back to your hotel in Hurghada.

Pricing

Price Policy

Our prices are quoted in USD, but we also accept Euros and Sterling. The prices are per person and per trip, except during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays. You can easily change the currency by clicking the icon at the bottom of the page.

Children Policy

• Ages 0 - 1.99: Free of charge
• Ages 2 - 11.99: Pay 50% of the tour price
• Ages 12 and above: Pay the full tour price as an adult

Note: For domestic flights included in your tour, children aged 0-2 incur a fee of $15. Children aged 2 and above are classified as adults.

Payment Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required. During peak times (Christmas, New Year, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%. Payment can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided), Western Union, or online.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 1 week in advance: No cancellation fee
• 3 to 6 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 2 days of departure: 100% cancellation fee

Important: All flights require a 100% cancellation fee.

Tipping

If you are satisfied with the services provided, it is customary to give a gratuity, although you are not obligated to do so.
