Tour Description

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet you before emigration and passport control, holding a sign with your name. He will assist you with obtaining the visa and entry stamp, collect your luggage, and escort you to the hotel in a private bus. During the drive, he will review the detailed itinerary. Check-in and overnight in Cairo.

 

Day 2: Pyramids – Memphis – Saqqara

Breakfast at the hotel. We will visit the necropolis of Saqqara and the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first pyramidal structure. Next, we’ll explore Memphis, the oldest capital of Egypt, now an open-air museum. Lunch will be at a quality restaurant with a set menu featuring grilled chicken/kebab and kofta (vegetarian options available upon request). Afterward, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the World (optional camel ride or pyramid entry available for extra fees), followed by visits to the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

 

Day 3: Cairo Highlights

Breakfast at the hotel. We will start by visiting the Alabaster Mosque, built by Muhammad Ali in the 19th century within the Saladin Citadel from the 12th century. Next, we’ll explore the Coptic quarter, including the Hanging Church, St. Sergius Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and Amr Ibn Al-As Mosque. Lunch will be served at a floating restaurant overlooking the Nile River. Afterward, we will visit the Egyptian Museum, showcasing pharaonic history, followed by a walking tour of Khan El Khalili, the oldest market in the Islamic part of the city. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

 

Day 4: Aswan Highlights

Breakfast at the hotel, then we will escort you to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will meet our representative, collect your luggage, and transfer to a luxury Nile cruise. After check-in and some rest, lunch will be served on board. In the afternoon, we will visit Philae Temple on Agilika Island, dedicated to the goddess Isis, followed by the Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut and the High Dam of Aswan. After the tour, enjoy a one-hour relaxing sailing trip around Elephantine and Kitchener Islands aboard a private felucca to enjoy the sunset. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight in Aswan.

 

Day 5: Abu Simbel – Kom Ombo Temple

We will start early at 04:00 AM to drive to Abu Simbel (approx. 3.5 hours). Upon arrival, we will visit the two temples: the larger one for Ramses II and the smaller one for his wife, Nefertari. Afterward, we will return to Aswan, enjoying lunch on board as the cruise starts sailing toward Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, we will visit Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the cruise and continue sailing to Edfu for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 6: Edfu Temple – Karnak Temple – Luxor Temple

Breakfast on board. We will visit Edfu Temple by horse carriage, dedicated to the god Horus. Then, we will sail to Luxor, enjoying lunch on board during the journey. Upon arrival, we will visit the magnificent Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank of the Nile River. Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight in Luxor.

 

Day 7: West Bank of Luxor

Breakfast on board. Disembark from the Nile cruise and visit the Valley of the Kings, where we will explore three royal tombs (excluding Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses V & VI). Next, we will visit the funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built into the mountains, followed by the Colossi of Memnon. Later, we will escort you to your selected resort in Hurghada, check-in, and enjoy dinner at the resort, with an overnight stay in Hurghada.

 

Day 8: Hurghada

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a free day at your leisure, relaxing by the sea or swimming pool. Optional tours are available upon request.

 

Day 9: Hurghada

Breakfast at the hotel. Another free day to relax by the sea or pool, with optional tours available upon request.

 

Day 10: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, we will escort you to Hurghada International Airport for your flight to Cairo, where you will wait for your international flight.
